Refund policy

Overview
Suomtok sells prepaid 30-day access to Clip Studio. Because access starts immediately after payment, refunds are limited to the cases below. This policy applies to Try, Pro, and Team purchases made through PayPal or Stripe on suomtok.com.
7-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- Clip Studio failed to work due to a fault on our side (not a problem on your device or network), and we could not fix it within 48 hours of your report; or
- You were charged twice for the same plan by mistake; or
- You did not use Clip Studio at all (no clip jobs started on your account).
Not eligible
- Requests made after 7 days from payment
- Change of mind after exporting clips or starting jobs
- Dissatisfaction with AI clip selection or caption styling (subjective quality)
- Issues caused by third-party content, YouTube restrictions, or local setup
- Partial refunds for unused days on a 30-day pass
How to request a refund
Email hello@suomtok.com from the same address as your Suomtok account. Include your PayPal or Stripe receipt, the plan purchased, and a short description. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
There is no subscription to cancel — access simply ends after 30 days. Not renewing is not a refund event.
