1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to Suomtok, including Clip Studio, accounts, billing, downloads, and related services available at suomtok.com. By creating an account, starting a clip job, or buying access, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Suomtok helps creators transform long-form videos into short-form clips for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Features may include video analysis, captioning, clip formatting, exports, credit balances, and creator analytics.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Use a valid email address, keep your password private, and notify us at hello@suomtok.com if you believe your account is compromised.
4. Your content and permissions
You must have the rights and permissions needed to process, edit, download, and publish any video, audio, image, text, or other content you submit or link to. You keep ownership of your content. You grant Suomtok the limited permission needed to process it, generate clips, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Suomtok to violate law, infringe intellectual property, bypass platform rules, distribute malware, abuse our infrastructure, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or create harmful, deceptive, or non-consensual content. We may suspend or remove access when we believe use is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the platform.
6. Payments, credits, and refunds
Paid access, credit packs, and plans are shown at checkout before purchase. Payment processing may be handled by providers such as PayPal or Stripe. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Unless a refund is approved under that policy or required by law, purchases are final.
7. AI and output quality
AI-assisted clip selection, captions, highlights, and analytics are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.
8. Third-party services
Suomtok may connect with third-party services including Firebase, YouTube, OpenAI, PayPal, Stripe, Netlify, and social platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, moderation decisions, or policy changes by third-party platforms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Suomtok is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the service.
