Information we collect

• Account details such as email address, display name, profile image, and Firebase user ID.
• Clip job details such as video IDs, video titles, selected formats, captions, status, and exports.
• Usage data such as sign-ins, job starts, credit activity, IP address, country, city, device, and browser information.
• Payment and purchase records such as plan, amount, provider, order IDs, and receipt references.
• Messages you send to support, including email content and attachments you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, process clips, deliver downloads, manage plans and credits, provide support, prevent abuse, improve product reliability, analyze creator activity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates.

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar storage for secure sign-in sessions, language preferences, and essential application behavior. You can control cookies in your browser, but some account and Clip Studio features may not work without them.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the platform, including Firebase for authentication and Firestore, Netlify for hosting, YouTube APIs for video information, OpenAI for AI-assisted processing, and PayPal or Stripe for payments. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Your content

Clip processing may temporarily store source references, generated files, captions, and job metadata. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to process and publish the content you submit or link to.

Retention

We keep account, billing, usage, and job records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain financial records, and comply with law. Temporary processing files may be deleted sooner as part of system maintenance.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information by emailing hello@suomtok.com. We may need to keep certain records where required for security, legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so you should use a strong password and keep account access private.

Children

Suomtok is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
