Billing
Payments & billing policy
Suomtok sells 30-day access passes (Try, Pro, or Team). Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal or Stripe — we never store your full card number on our servers.
One-time charges
Each purchase unlocks Clip Studio for 30 calendar days from the time payment succeeds. Access does not auto-renew. When your pass expires, you can buy the same or a different plan again.
Upgrades
Buying a higher tier while another pass is active does not extend the lower tier — the best active plan applies immediately. Unused time on a lower tier is not prorated unless required by law.
Taxes
Where we are legally required to collect sales tax, VAT, or GST, it is shown at checkout and on your receipt. Rates follow your applicable tax rules.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Reach out at hello@suomtok.com and we will work with you in good faith.

Do I upload video files?+
No. Paste a public YouTube link — we download, clip, and export shorts for you. You only need rights to use that content.
How many clips can I get from one video?+
Try includes up to 3 clips per video. Pro and Team remove that cap so a long podcast or stream can become dozens of posts.
Which plans include captions?+
Captions (custom text and AI karaoke) are included on Pro and Team only. Try exports clips without burned-in captions so you can test clipping first.
Is this a subscription?+
Each plan is a one-time payment for 30 days of access. We do not auto-renew — pay again when your month ends if you want to continue.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Buy Pro or Team anytime from billing or the pay page. If you have multiple active passes, the highest tier applies (Team beats Pro beats Try).
What is the Team plan for?+
Editors, agencies, and channels clipping at volume: unlimited exports, priority processing, shared seats, and dedicated support. See our refund policy before purchasing.
